Caravana Gift Card

The E-Gift Card is issued by Caravana Group Limited (hereinafter 'CARAVANA'), a
company incorporated and existing under the laws of England and Wales, with a registered
office at 229 The Broadway, London, England, SW19 1SD.
The use of the E-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

• Purchases and returns made using the E-Gift Card are subject to the standard terms and conditions of sale, except as amended below.

• The Caravana E-Gift Card is available for purchase online only at www.caravana.land.

• The E-Gift Card is redeemable when purchasing goods or services online only at www.caravana.land.

• E-Gift Cards are issued in the currency chosen at checkout and can only be redeemed in the same currency.

• The value of your purchase will be deducted from the card's current value.

• The E-Gift Card may be used multiple times until the value is fully depleted.

• The E-Gift Card is not redeemable for cash (except where required by law), nor can it be credited to a credit card or bank account.

• E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other E-Gift Cards.

• The card will expire 12 months from the issuance date. After expiry, any remaining balance on the card will be forfeited.

• There are no fees associated with the use of the E-Gift Card.

• The E-Gift Card is not refundable or transferable; it will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

• CARAVANA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any E-Gift Card in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of the terms and conditions.

• If you return a product originally purchased with an E-Gift Card, any refund due to you will be returned to the gift card used or to a new E-Gift Card if the original E-Gift Card cannot be located.

• If you return a product originally purchased with multiple E-Gift Cards, the total refund due will be returned to the most recently purchased E-Gift Card or to a new E-Gift Card if none of the original E-Gift Cards can be located.

• If you return a product originally purchased with multiple payment methods, any refund due will first be refunded to the non-E-Gift Card payment method(s) used for
the original transaction (e.g., credit card, debit card, or PayPal account) up to the original amount paid via that method. Any remaining refund balance will be transferred to the E-Gift Card used for the original transaction or to a new E-Gift Card if the original gift card cannot be located.

• You have the right to withdraw from the E-Gift Card purchase and may return an E-Gift Card bought at www.caravana.land without indicating any reason, within 14
working days of receipt, provided that you have not used the E-Gift Card.

• Please contact customer services to exercise your right of withdrawal.

• In the case of withdrawal, CARAVANA will refund the amount of the E-Gift Card to the original payment method used during the order within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal.

• Please contact customer services to return your E-Gift Card. You must provide us with proof of purchase to enable CARAVANA to refund the amount of the E-Gift Card. For E-Gift Cards, you can find the receipt for your purchase attached to the purchase confirmation email. There is no need for you to send your E-Gift Card back to us.

• Except where prohibited and without limitation to any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, you
agree that these terms and conditions and any dispute between you and CARAVANA shall be governed in all respects by the laws of England and Wales.

• CARAVANA reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
