All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.

Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
All orders come packed in our branded boxes, free of charge.

RETURNS

We hope you are delighted with every order from www.caravana.land. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you have 21 days from the delivery date to return your order for a refund or credit note, valid for 12 months.Items received outside this period will not be refunded and will be returned to you.

All products must be returned in an unused condition with CARAVANA labels attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or missing labels will be refused.

Please be aware that items purchased through archive or sample sales are final and not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or credit notes. We also cannot accept returns or claims for CARAVANA pieces bought from other retailers or second-hand sites.

In-store purchases are non-refundable.

Arranging your return

Please follow the link, https://returnsportal.shop/caravana.land, which will take you to our customer returns portal.

Follow the step by step instruction to complete your return/exchange request.

Please pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice and packing slip  from your order inside the package.

Once item(s) have been duly received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of purchase payment within 14 working days. 

Faulty Items

Prior to shipment, your order undergoes a thorough quality check with our warehouse team. However, if you receive an item which you feel is damaged or faulty, please contact customer.service@caravana.land with your order number and email used to place the order. Please communicate to our agent that the return reason is “Faulty item” and provide relevant pictures and product details.

 

Order cancellation / Changes to your order

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team at customer.services@caravana.land as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order can be changed once submitted. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
