All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.

Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
All orders come packed in our branded boxes, free of charge.

RETURNS

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Caravana, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to claim your free return (in the condition you received them with all brand tags attached to the item) for a refund. 

To Return Your Item:

• Pack your items securely in the original box and include the original invoice in the package.

• Attach the supplied return shipping label to the outside of the box, removing any other label on the parcel. 

• Please have the box and item(s) ready for collection at the predetermined day or drop off the parcel to a DHL Collection Point.

Once the item(s) has/have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
